Wavewulf has returned with a new album The North and The Sea.The album takes the listener through a synth-fueled journey into the Arctic, The North and The Sea is filled with experimental, alt-pop hits but none more so than ‘The Sea and the Glacier’.

‘The Sea and the Glacier’ becomes a straight up dance number that batters its way through the speakers. Its scuzzy synths pierce the ears with pinpoint precision, filling the room with an old school, Daft Punk tone that sinks into the mind.

A snappy drum beat adds further groove to the mix, while Wavewulf dominates the remaining space with a range of soaring vocals that envelop between the layers.

Speaking of his latest offering Wavewulf Stated:

“The album was inspired by a recent trip to Iceland. At a time when I was feeling claustrophobic and disconnected, I found a sense of freedom in the power of the sea. Being alone, being together, being connected, being disconnected.”

The North and The Sea, overall is an incredible album and one that injects a new lease of life into Wavewulf’s discography. Be sure to check out his music linked below!
