Deliciously grimy, 60s, left wing rock bands seem to be going down a real treat in post austerity Britain. With bands such as Sleaford Mods and Fat Whites picking up a significant proportion of media coverage its not a surprise a new wave of slurring, politically orientated music is entering the mainstream. Acting Strange are such a band. With murky lyrics and cheap sounding guitars, ‘Rumble’ is a real treat, a seminal track in a growing genre.
